In giro con Patty - Guida turistica Provincia Belluno

Simple gestures, authentic people

Guided visit of Canale d’Agordo

A visit to Canale d’Agordo means emerging yourself in a particular atmosphere of knowledge but also of admiration for the landscape and for the people…with simplicity. Pope John Paul I, or Papa Luciani as we call him, was born here. We can still see the outside of the house where he spent his first years ; it has been changed over the years but standing there we can understand many things. To understand his history and also that of the village, it is nice to peep discreetly up the alleys to discover the little dairy, the frescoes that decorate the houses, the “tabià” and the Garés valley.

Services offered:

  • Tourist guide service for Canale d’Agordo in Italian, English and French
  • Guided visit of the Albino Luciani museum - “Musal”
  • Booking of necessary entrances
  • Planning of tourist itineraries and routes of interest
  • Transport during the visits by VW Caravelle 8 seater (also with bicycle)
  • Microphone for large groups
  • Additional information about the area
